Service Policy

Locked Gate Policy

When our technicians arrive on the day of service and the gate is locked, we will attempt to call and text the customer to figure out a resolution. We offer two options, as follows:

If a customer asks us to return later in the day, we would be happy to do that if we are still in the area. A small $5 return service fee would be added to that day’s service if we were able to return.
However, If we arrive to service the customer’s yard on their scheduled day without prior notice and are unable to get in touch with someone to get entry, the customer will still be billed for that service. The poop will build up so we will have to pull double duty on their next scheduled visit.

Aggressive Dog Policy

Like everyone else, we adore dogs, so we don’t mind if they wander the yard while we’re scooping. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide service on that particular day if we are prevented from entering your yard by an aggressive or protective dog.

Until our daily service is over, we will make an effort to get in touch with the customer regarding bringing the dog inside or putting them under control.

We will still bill for the service rendered that day even if we are unable to reach the customer; we will merely work twice as hard on their next planned appointment day.

Skip Service Policy

If you would like to skip your regular service day for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advanced to be removed from the schedule that day and NOT be Charged.

Tall Weeds Policy

We do our very best to get all of the dog poop scooped up on each and every visit; however, sometimes due to tall weeds and other obstructions, it may be difficult. If a yard has anything blocking our view or obstructing our ability to do our job, we cannot guarantee we will get every pile 100% on that visit, although we will still try. We ask that all future and present customers please do your best to maintain a well-manicured lawn if possible.

Bad Weather Policy

When the weather gets too bad for us to service the customers yards fluidly and efficiently, we may reschedule that service day (for that week only) to the following day(s) for better weather. The next scheduled service day will continue on the customers regular scheduled day.
